At a time when industry collaboration is becoming increasingly important as a driver of growth, Rolser is consolidating its active role within the hardware sector through its ongoing involvement in initiatives promoted by AFEB (the Association of DIY and Hardware Manufacturers).

As a result of this commitment, Iván Server, Rolser’s commercial director, has been awarded the 2025 Compromiso Award, a newly established accolade that recognises the active role played by professionals in revitalising the sector. The award recognises his direct involvement in launching initiatives and his contribution to strengthening the business ecosystem.

Beyond this specific recognition, this milestone reflects an approach to our presence in the sector that sees us not merely as an operator, but as an active participant in its development, through our ongoing involvement in conferences, working groups, sectoral studies and knowledge-sharing forums aimed at generating collective impact, sharing our vision and contributing to the industry’s development.
