Rolser has launched an award-winning project for breaking with the visual conventions of its sector

The Rolser The Yearbook 2025 project, developed by the creative studio Democràcia® for Rolser, has been awarded the 2026 ADCV Gold Prize in the Art Direction category, one of the highest honours in Valencian design awarded by the Association of Design Professionals of the Valencian Community (ADCV).

Based on the vision and creative guidelines of the Rolser team led by Isa Server, Head of Product Design, the project transforms the traditional product catalogue into a publication with its own distinct identity. Through contemporary visual language and a carefully crafted narrative, The Yearbook showcases the brand’s products in unexpected settings, bringing together design, innovation and lifestyle from a unique perspective.

The jury highlighted the art direction as ‘extremely well executed, with every detail of every scene meticulously crafted, and which is also completely groundbreaking within its sector’, emphasising the project’s ability to reinterpret the usual visual codes of a category with a long industrial tradition.

The award was presented during the 2026 ADCV Awards ceremony held at the Teatre El Musical (TEM) in Valencia. In this eighth edition, the awards attracted 353 entries submitted by professionals, studios and companies, cementing their position as one of the leading platforms for recognising design in the Valencian Community and one of the sector’s flagship events at a national level.

For Rolser, Spain’s leading retailer of shopping trolleys and an international benchmark, this recognition serves as an endorsement of its approach to design as a tool for innovation, communication and brand-building. This vision goes beyond the product itself and forms part of the company’s strategy to develop concepts that add value, connect with people and continue to explore new creative languages.

In the words of Isa Server, Head of Product Design at Rolser, “this recognition highlights an approach to design that goes far beyond the product itself. At Rolser, we strive to ensure that design forms part of innovation, communication and brand-building. This award acknowledges the work carried out in collaboration with Democràcia® and the commitment of everyone who has helped to bring this project to fruition.”

This recognition from the ADCV comes on top of the award recently won by the same project at the ADG Laus 2026 Awards, where Rolser The Yearbook 2025 was honoured with a Laus Silver in the Graphic and Editorial Design category, further cementing the reputation of a project that has managed to stand out amongst some of the most significant creative works on the national scene.
